Jonathan Sands
Jonathan is an entrepreneur who puts creativity at the heart of everything that he produces. As a trained fine art photographer, he began his life as a commercial photographer at Elstree Film Studios before acquiring Weird and Wonderful, a prop hire company servicing the film industry with unusual set pieces, furniture artefacts.
Jonathan has over 30 years’ experience producing and operating customer-based experiences, including themed attractions, museums, exhibitions and retail on an International level.
He also has extensive experience in developing IP and licences with music, film and cultural institutions, having been involved with some of the largest brands and franchises in the business including Star Wars, James Bond and Harry Potter.

Lauren Gaffan
Lauren is a product designer and developer, managing the teams of designers in every discipline from brand, characterisation, product conceptualisation, sampling and manufacturing.
Having worked for the Harry Potter franchise for the last 10 years, Lauren was instrumental in the integration of thousands of products during the time that the business grew internationally.
Lauren also worked on the James Bond franchise and was instrumental during the building of the 007 store online.
